Il cliente che ha fatto un acquisto sul sito di Chiury.it, può effettuare un reso entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna della merce.
E’ condizione essenziale per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso la sostanziale integrità dei prodotti da restituire. I prodotti devono essere nuovi, non aperti e perfettamente sigillati nella sua confezione originale; non dovranno essere stati danneggiati o alterati o utilizzati parzialmente.
Chiury.it non effettuerà nessun rimborso nel caso i prodotti resi non siano nelle condizioni suindicate.
Prima di procedere al reso dei prodotti, l’acquirente dovrà comunicare via email all’indirizzo:

La spedizione di rientro è a carico dell’acquirente, e potrà essere effettuata con Pacco Postale o tramite Corriere Espresso e va indirizzata a:

Sulla spedizione deve essere indicato: “Reso acquisto online” con il numero d’ordine.
L’importo sarà riaccreditato entro 14 giorni dalla data di arrivo della spedizione di ritorno, verificata l’integrità e la corretta conservazione dei prodotti restituiti.

Modalità di rimborso
Gli importi spettanti saranno rimborsati con la stessa modalità di pagamento utilizzata durante l’acquisto, in caso pagamento con bonifico è necessario comunicarci le coordinate Iban.
